Survey to Document RULearning/Blackboard and Educational Technology Support Needs

The METC and IS want to better understand what support needs the students have regarding RULearning/Blackboard and other educational technologies. This information will help us address any gaps in support that may currently exist.
The goal of this survey is to document issues that occur, when they occur and how/if issues were resolved.This survey does not replace the need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk.It is for temporary information gathering and will be kept open for approximately 60 days.
